Signals, not verdicts
TrustScore expresses calibrated confidence in a Capsule. It does not declare a story true or false. Instead it summarizes the protocol events around it: evidence added, votes cast, corrections filed, and contributor reputation.
Crucially, it is explainable. Every point it moves can be traced to a specific event.
